Here is my list:
Well... so far it is incomplete. I have seen quite a few Asian dramas but not many have make it into the my Top #10. This is because most of the time, I am not satisfied with the ending for the drama - too many loose ends.
So, in the meantime, here my Top 4:
4. Boys Over Flowers
Out of all the different versions of this drama, Boys Over Flowers is my favourite. This is the Korean version. I'm not 100% sure why I like this one better than the other versions of Hana Yori Dango. It must be the cinematography and that the main male leads are quite attractive. This drama is a series to watch.
3. Ghost Friends
This 2009 Japanese comedy drama may surprise people because it is actually not very well know and what I would call one of those Underrated dramas. Ghost Friends is about a teenager schoolgirl, Asuka who can see and helps ghosts after she had a traffic accident. It is quite happy and cheery but also dramatic and emotional but not over-the-top. This drama hits into the top #4 does not just focus on love but more importantly following your dreams and if you keep at it - especially if you're not natural talented - you'll make it big.
2. 100 Days with Mr Arrogant
Hitting at number #2 is 100 Days with Mr Arrogant. Like Ghost Friends (which sits at #3), this drama is a comedy drama with a nice message at the end - following your dreams and not letting your romantic other/boyfriend ruin your life. I just loved how everything tied off nicely in this drama movie. Check here to read my review on 100 Days with Mr Arrogant.
1. A Werewolf Boy
At #1 is the Korean Drama, A Werewolf Boy. Are you surprised? You shouldn't be because this movie is beautiful and has won a series of awards which makes it easy to hit the Top #10. Check here to read my review on A Werewolf Boy.
